Mission
Our mission is to prevent and limit absenteeism and incapacity for work for employers. By employing our expertise, employers get a grip on the consequences of legislation and regulations.
The starting point is to give an overview of both private and public social security, including:
- the obligation to pay wages in case of illness
- the Sickness Benefits Act
- the WIA
- to reduce the unnecessary costs for the employer to a minimum
- to return the employee as optimally as possible in the labor process.
- a clear, well-communicated process, and well communicated to everyone involved.
Our goal here is to realize a status where the employer, if desired, independently manages the processes. So in control yourself. And only have to rely on third parties for complicated matters. If you wish us to monitor the processes for you, then of course that is possible. We have a heart for people, are reliable, knowledgeable and open in our communication.
