Enthusiastic, active and strives for perfection for our customers. Daan Pas loves challenges and brings out the best in himself and others. Day in and day out, he puts all his energy into the work with great pleasure and passion. Only the very best for his customers is good enough. In his free time he likes to cycle around on his racing bike or play a game of tennis.

Hendrik Jan van Pelt has been working in the Social Security sector since 1990. He has experience as a labor expert and, in the past, he advised insurance intermediaries and listed companies in the field of absenteeism and occupational disability insurance. After having had his own company in this field for a number of years, Hendrik Jan founded Advance. Hendrik Jan helps employers with questions about social security, limiting risks and offers absence management solutions. Hendrik Jan has a broad interest in history and geography. That is why he likes to travel in his spare time.

After completing his education in the field of Personnel and Labor and Organizational Development, Björn van Kouwen entered the HR sector in 1994. In the past 17 years he has given many companies advice on Social Security and absenteeism. At Advance, Björn advises employers on non-compliance with WIA legislation, WGA reintegration and WGA own risk bearer.

From the start of her career, Kim van Hoof has been working in the world of social security. In which she has been involved in coaching and counseling of sick employees. After having also gained experience at the UWV, in the area of absenteeism management and supervising reintegration processes, she started at Advance at the end of 2017. Kim sees it as a challenge to help people to take a step in the right direction. By a positive attitude, low threshold and listening ability. This stimulates and gives enthusiasm to move.

As an Employability specialist, Petrie advises employers in complex absenteeism situations. The aim is to manage financial risks in the context of long-term incapacity for work. Petrie has more than 15 years of experience in the field of (complex) reintegration processes.
If there is a right to a WIA benefit, Petrie supports employers and employees in their reintegration processes. In these processes she has an eye for the business interest as well as for the human side. She also supports customers in objection to UWV.

Jeroen Wijgergangs, together with his team of experienced registered company / insurance physicians, has years of experience in advising employers / employees in (complex) WGA cases. Consider, for example, the objection against a decision by the UWV. Or to the guidance of (former) employees with a WGA benefit. In close cooperation with other disciplines, such as lawyers or labor experts and, where necessary, medical expertise agencies (for example QS health management and ICARA). The starting point is: 'doing justice to the situation, both for the (former) employee and employer'.
For Advance, Jeroen fulfills the role of Medical Adviser for the employability specialists at Advance. Together with his team, he assesses the received medical information from, among others, UWV and medical specialists. On the basis of this Jeroen will give a non-medical advice regarding objections and / or employability of the (former) employee in question. He also monitors the correct design and use by Advance of everything that falls under medical professional secrecy.
