After having had his own company in this field for a number of years, Hendrik Jan founded Advance. Hendrik Jan helps employers with questions about social security, limiting risks and offers absence management solutions. Hendrik Jan has a broad interest in history and geography. That is why he likes to travel in his spare time.
After completing his education in the field of Personnel and Labor and Organizational Development, Björn van Kouwen entered the HR sector in 1994. In the past 17 years he has given many companies advice on Social Security and absenteeism. At Advance, Björn advises employers on non-compliance with WIA legislation, WGA reintegration and WGA own risk bearer.
From the start of her career, Kim van Hoof has been working in the world of social security. In which she has been involved in coaching and counseling of sick employees. Jeroen Wijgergangs, together with his team of experienced registered company / insurance physicians, has years of experience in advising employers / employees in (complex) WGA cases.
