Fleet shot long-term absence files

Monthly or quarterly long-term absenteeism files are discussed with Advance. For each dossier, an assessment is made of whether there is a risk of inflow into the WGA and how this inflow can be limited.

This discussion has a twofold purpose:

  • continuous attention for long-term dossiers;
  • sharing knowledge.

A part of the file review also deals with processes. Such as 'who is on a file involving and in what way?' Employers are (if desired) coached "on the job" to an efficient absence organization.
