Carrying out the WIA guidance requires a lot of knowledge, time and effort. And they are not always available. The case manager must namely keep the necessary knowledge up-to-date. Preferably have a soundboard. And often also carry out other activities.
We assist the employer in this. We have a team of experienced employability specialists in the field of WIA. Depending on your wishes, we can fully or completely take over the execution of the case management.
In the execution of WIA case management, the role of our role can be very diverse. As:
- The exclusive supervision of the incapacitated former employee during the WIA period.
- The preventive support of the employer at policy and dossier level.
- Being involved in the support of the sick employee during the waiting time for the WIA.
- Performing a 26th-week survey. We then check whether the support has been good up until then, or whether there is a chance of sanctions.
- Setting up an objection and / or appeal. Whether or not supported by a labor expert or other specialist.
